Super Blue Moon rises over Melrose, FL on the trailing bands of the hurricane. While the name has nothing to do with the color, it still is a lovely sight to behold. Blue moons (the second full moon in a month) occur once every couple years, and a super blue moon is even more rare. Per NASA, this event can occur on average only once a decade.
