Ytri-Raudarmelskula Volcano is a striking, dormant scoria cinder-cone volcano located on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula in West Iceland. Rising 728 feet (222 meters) above sea level, it is famous for its distinct red and black volcanic slopes, which contrast sharply with the surrounding rugged lava fields and green mossy terrain.
