Rauðamelskirkja Church

Rauðamelskirkja is a tiny historic wooden church built in 1886 on Rauðamelur Ytri in western Snæfellsnes, Iceland.
The nearby Rauðamelur area also has ancient lava fields and striking scoria craters formed roughly 2,600 years ago.
There's also an interesting bit of local history: Rauðamelsölkelda, a famous mineral spring, is nearby, and its water was traditionally believed to have healing properties.
